A lifestyle village seemed the best option for my husband and I when relocating to be with family.
We live at Greenbank Gardens, Park Ridge. Living in a village we quickly became aware there are not only positive aspects, there are negative ones too. Consequently, I became a member of a small group of proactive residents who arranged for an Information Session for the MHORP Act Amendments (2024). Early 2025 we also facilitated the reforming of the essential Home Owners Committee.
