I have been living in Golden Downs Lifestyle Resort for over 16 years. During that time, I have served as President of the Residents’ Association. I was also on the Steering Committee in 2015 when we established the Golden Downs Residents Sports and Social Association from the two separate Associations in the Village.
While serving as the Residents Liaison Officer in 2016, I represented the Association in a Market Rent Review Case before QCAT. We were successful in negotiating a reduction in Site Rent. I have also served twice as President of the Association. I am currently a Committee person and also Chairman of the Site Rent Committee.
